Change of Mind

We understand that choosing personal care products can be a considered decision. At Adira Earth, our Aleppo Soap and Loofahs are crafted with utmost care and are very personal items. Due to hygiene reasons and to ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we regret that we are unable to accept returns for refunds or exchanges if you change your mind after purchase.

We encourage you to carefully review product details and ask any questions you may have before making your purchase. Our team is here to assist you in selecting the right products for your needs.

Damaged Products

In the unfortunate event that your products arrive damaged during delivery, we are here to help resolve the issue promptly.

Steps to Resolve:

1. Notification: Please notify us via email at hello@adiraearth.com.au within 14 days of receiving the damaged products. Include your order number and attach clear photos of the damaged items in their original packaging.

2. Return Requirements: Products damaged during delivery must be returned in the condition it was received in, together with any original packaging and any additional items which you received with the delivery of the damaged product.

3. Resolution Options: If the damage is confirmed and you contact us within 14 days from the date you received the product, we offer the following options for resolution:

Replacement: We will organise collection of the damaged product and arrange for a new package to be delivered to your address at no additional cost.

Refund: Alternatively, we can issue a refund for the damaged items, provided you prefer this option.
