A Unique Ageing Process:

Our Aleppo Soap undergoes a natural ageing process. While the outside may turn into delicate beige to warm golden brown after 9 months of drying (the inside remains green!), this doesn't affect its quality.

Choosing Your Laurel Oil Percentage

12% Laurel Oil: A gentle starting point for everyday cleansing and normal skin.

16% | 20% Laurel Oil: Well suited to regular daily cleansing and those who prefer a lower laurel oil concentration.

35% Laurel Oil: A balanced mid-to-higher laurel concentration for those who prefer a more pronounced Aleppo soap cleansing experience.

40% | 55% Laurel Oil: Higher-laurel options that may suit some people with sensitive or eczema-prone skin, particularly those who already know their skin responds well to Aleppo soap. As every skin is different, we recommend patch testing and choosing the percentage that feels most comfortable for your skin.

Higher laurel oil does not automatically mean better. The right percentage depends on your skin, cleansing preference and how your skin responds.
